About Us

Jamie has spent over a decade of his career in the digital media and marketing space. Jamie decided it was time to chase his dream of beginning his own business. 

In 2012, Jamie founded his own business Layback Productions, with the mission to provide exceptional content and digital marketing services, in turn, bringing passion and value to the business.

He re-launched his business and re-named it to Hunter Media in 2021. The Hunter and Scone region is the horse capital and we have many established key clients in the horse and racing industry. 

We’re also proud to have many other clients outside of the horse industry in other areas and surrounding states.

Jamie was joined by his wife Ashleigh McGregor in early 2022 to continue to grow the business. Ashleigh brings further media and management expertise to the flourishing business after working at Fox Sports, Sky Racing and the Australian Turf Club over the last decade. Together they are continuing to enhance the client experience by providing services across all digital and media platforms.
